Walmart wants to ban the use of circle

Wal-Mart filed, the Superior Court of Quebec, an injunction against the website www.employeswalmartcanada.ca, maintained by UFCW Canada, the union has been fighting for several years to organize the retail giant's workers.

The injunction claims that particular website stops using oval patterns, circular or semi-circular, Walmart word and blue color combination, white and gold. The company even wants the union continues to use the term the union for Walmart workers in Canada !

UFCW asking the public to protest Walmart, by contacting management to show their disagreement with such draconian practices.
